Follow all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and operating procedures.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work safely around heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, and industrial operations.
Support storm response, special projects, and other operational initiatives as business needs require.
At Coastal, we win as a team. Our Field Support Specialists are dependable team players who adapt to changing business needs, support their coworkers, and help keep our operations safe, productive, and running smoothly.
What You'll Bring
One (1) or more years of experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, waste and recycling, utilities, or another physically demanding work environment.
Strong work ethic and willingness to perform a variety of hands-on tasks.
Ability to work safely in outdoor operational environments.
Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
