Job Summary
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and supplies.
Check incoming deliveries for quantity and visible damage and report discrepancies to the appropriate team member.
Assist with unloading and organizing incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
Tag and identify incoming materials as required.
Pull and deliver materials and supplies to the production floor as needed.
Help ensure production areas have the necessary materials and supplies to support daily operations.
Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory checks.
Help maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and material storage areas.
Follow all company safety procedures and material-handling requirements.
Communicate with team members, production, and other departments regarding material needs and deliveries.
Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Warehousing or related experience preferred
Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
Compensation
The hourly pay rate is $21.50/hr.
