THE JOB:
Join the team as an Environmental Services Shift Manager, where you’ll play a key leadership role in maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience throughout the property. In this role, you’ll oversee daily EVS/PAD operations, support team members, and help ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced resort environment.
Working closely with leadership and frontline teams, you’ll drive service standards, support daily operations, and help create a clean, welcoming environment guests will remember.
You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversee daily operations for the assigned shift while consistently providing professional, friendly, and engaging service
Conduct frequent inspections of public areas, offices, back-of-house areas, and the casino to maintain high cleanliness standards
Utilize scheduling and labor management knowledge to support efficient operations
Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, training, and coaching skills while effectively working under time constraints with attention to detail
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in EVS/PAD Management within a similar Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star or AAA 5 Diamond Resort
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
