About this opportunity:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the safe and reliable execution of maintenance activities across our Upgrader processing facilities. You will provide day-to-day leadership to maintenance employees and contractors, ensuring work is effectively planned, prioritized, and executed while maintaining a strong focus on safety, equipment reliability, and operational performance. You will play a key role in driving maintenance work management standards, achieving performance targets, and ensuring compliance with Safety Critical Element requirements.

This is a full-time employee position.
What you’ll do:
Lead the safe and effective execution of Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance activities across the Upgrader Complex.
Maintain accountability for the safety of employees and contractors, as well as the reliable execution of preventative, corrective, and emergent maintenance activities.
Provide direct leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance management to Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance personnel.
Oversee the planning and execution of preventative, corrective, and emergent maintenance work to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Drive maintenance performance and schedule attainment, with accountability for CM and PM compliance, workforce productivity (wrench time), work order aging, Safety Critical Element (SCE) compliance and tracking, and contractor expenses.
Deliver safe work execution, reliable asset performance, maintenance schedule compliance, and continuous improvement through effective work management and team leadership.
Who you are:
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Journeyman and/or Interprovincial Red Seal certification in Instrumentation or Electrical required.
Diploma or certificate in Trades, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
Minimum 12+ years of oil and gas maintenance experience, with demonstrated experience in a complex operating environment.
Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within a maintenance or industrial setting.
Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in SAP and maintenance management systems.
We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.
As this position has been identified as safety sensitive, employment of a final candidate selected for this position will be conditional upon successful completion of required pre-employment medical and alcohol/drug assessments.
For this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines. A driver's abstract will be one of the background checks requested in the pre-employment screening for the final candidate.
