As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining effective business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is also a key part of daily activities, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological advancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational goals.
Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes and operational models.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions to ensure sustained business value.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI.
Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement areas.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
Experience in developing and documenting business cases to support strategic initiatives.
Familiarity with change management principles to facilitate smooth implementation of new processes.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
