As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of complex projects, reporting directly to the project manager. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the medical review process, ensuring that all documentation and procedures meet regulatory and organizational standards. You will also be tasked with overseeing staff conducting audits, monitoring compliance, and providing guidance to staff members to maintain high-quality project outcomes. Your ability to coordinate multiple tasks and communicate effectively with team members will be essential in maintaining project timelines and deliverables. Exposure to project management software, financial accounting systems, and medical review platforms will be highly beneficial in this role. Familiarity with audit tools and workflow management processes will help you efficiently oversee project components and identify for improvement. Experience in managing cross-functional teams, handling sensitive medical data, and implementing quality assurance protocols will contribute to your success. A background in financial reporting and budget tracking will also be advantageous as you support the project manager in maintaining fiscal responsibility throughout the project lifecycle.
What you need:
Minimum 3 years of professional work in healthcare (Federal or Commercial) as Project Manager, Leader, Operations Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Product Manager required.
At least 2 years managing complex medical review systems/workflow.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$176,500—$228,300 USD
