Role Description
The Business & Lifestyle Mentor is a remote role focused on guiding clients through business and personal transformation journeys. In this position, you will conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions, help clients clarify goals and co-develop practical plans. You will provide structured guidance on aligning lifestyle priorities with business strategies, using frameworks and mutlimedia tools.
Daily activities include conducting virtual mentoring sessions, supporting clients in clarifying their goals and helping them design values-aligned business and income pathways.
The mentor will use frameworks and resources to collaborate with clients to enhance their confidence, decision-making and resilience, while maintaining accurate session notes and contributing insights for improvements. This role offers flexible hours and autonomy.
Qualifications
Ability to support clients with Business Planning and Small Business development, including goal setting, strategy creation, and basic operational guidance.
Strong Mentoring skills, with experience facilitating growth-focused conversations and coaching.
Demonstrated commitment to personal development, mindset coaching, or lifestyle design, with the ability to integrate wellbeing into business decisions.
Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, with a client-centered, non-judgmental approach.
Experience working remotely, managing flexible schedules, and using online tools and platforms to deliver services.
Background in entrepreneurship, coaching, consulting, or related fields is highly beneficial; relevant certifications in coaching or mentoring are an advantage.
Ability to work independently with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and support clients from diverse backgrounds in a non-discriminatory manner.
