Job Description
You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Global Real Estate Finance . You have found the right team.
As a Global Real Estate Finance Data Analytics Lead within Global Real Estate Finance, you will own the end-to-end analytics agenda, including monthly business-as-usual reporting and controls, executive reporting, and platform modernization across the Tririga ecosystem and related platforms (Building360, Tableau dashboard portals, and headcount planning). You will define and maintain trusted metric definitions, business drivers, and reporting logic to enable transparency and auditability. You will lead the Space Management modernization workstream by improving data sourcing into analytics layers, rationalizing legacy tools, standardizing data models and key performance indicator logic, and automating processes to reduce manual effort and strengthen control outcomes. You will partner with stakeholders across Planning and Analysis, business management, functional finance, the Chief Data Office, and corporate technology to deliver trusted data products and self-service insights. You will enable automation and artificial intelligence-enabled self-service reporting to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
Job responsibilities
Own monthly business-as-usual analytics deliverables, including controls and reconciliations to ensure completeness, accuracy, traceability, and auditability
Produce executive-ready reporting that translates complex data into clear insights, risks, and recommended actions
Define, document, and maintain metric definitions, business drivers, and reporting logic to enable consistent and trusted reporting outcomes
Lead the Space Management workstream for Tririga, including modernized data sourcing/feeds into analytics layers and reporting (as applicable)
Standardize and document data models and key performance indicator logic to enable consistent reporting
Retire or rationalize legacy reporting and processing tools tied to Tririga processes to improve cycle times, adoption, and data quality
Automate processes to reduce manual effort and strengthen control outcomes
Manage support for headcount planning in partnership with Planning and Analysis to ensure location strategy is aligned with the headcount budget and accurately reported, supporting space optimization and serviceability efforts
Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology builds and partner on requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery
Drive prioritization, trade-offs, and delivery execution across teams, regions, and dependencies, including success measures (adoption, cycle-time reduction, and data quality service level agreements) and rollout plans
Collect, integrate, analyze, and visualize datasets (including Tririga and adjacent sources) to identify trends, conduct exploratory analysis for optimization opportunities, implement data quality routines and monitoring, and enable self-serve insights and workflow automation (for example anomaly detection, automated commentary, control alerting, and intelligent triage)
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role delivering data-driven solutions and reporting
Strong problem framing, analytical rigor, and attention to detail, including reconciliation, variance investigation, and issue resolution
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) to analyze and transform data
Proficiency in Databricks and knowledge of artificial intelligence tools
Experience building dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Ability to implement data models, algorithms, and statistical methods that support predictive and prescriptive analytics (where applicable)
Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize insights into executive-ready materials
Proven ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly controlled environment with shifting priorities
