Team Lead

One Federal Solution is seeking a Team Lead to lead and oversee contractor support for a federal Customer Service Program. The Team Lead will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate staff and projects, track performance, and serve as a primary point of contact for the customer.
Responsibilities
Lead contractor support for ICE OFM Customer Service Program operations.
Manage day-to-day project and contract operations.
Oversee multiple projects, tasks, and team members.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Monitor and report on overall project and task status.
Identify issues and coordinate solutions with customers and team members.
Serve as a primary point of contact for operational questions and problem resolution.
Communicate regularly with federal customers and senior management.
Ensure work is completed on time and meets customer requirements.
Support project management, financial management, and customer service activities.
Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to contractor staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience providing project, contract, or operations management.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in Federal Government Accounting or Federal Financial Management.
Experience leading Federal Government projects similar in size and scope to the Customer Service Program.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Experience managing multiple projects, tasks, and personnel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with senior leadership.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
Professional Project Management Certification required, such as PMP, FAC-P/PM Level I, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting DHS, ICE, or other federal financial management programs.
Experience managing federal contracts or task orders.
Experience with project plans, schedules, reporting, and performance tracking.
Experience working in a customer-facing federal environment.
