What would you do?
The Visual Design Analyst, India executes high-quality visual design tasks by adapting, resizing, and versioning graphic assets that have been conceptualized and templated by the CR Lead Design team. This role works exclusively at the execution level, ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy across all adapted deliverables.
The analyst does not lead ideation sessions, create original templates, or define creative direction, these responsibilities remain with the CR Lead team. Works from established templates, style guides, & creative briefs provided by the CR team. Applies defined visual standards to produce adapted assets across formats, sizes, & channels.
Escalates creative ambiguities or brand inconsistencies to the CR Lead for resolution. Primarily interacts with the India team lead and the CR creative leads for alignment. What are we looking for?
1-3 years of relevant experience in visual or graphic design, focused on production and adaptation work.
Good written and oral English communication skills for team collaboration.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (required).
Proficiency in Figma for working within shared design systems and component libraries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Experience in asset adaptation for OLA products (static, dynamic, and animated banners) across multiple sizes.
Attention to detail: strong eye for color accuracy, typographic consistency, spacing, and composition fidelity.
Ability to work efficiently in batch-production workflows, managing multiple adaptation tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with design handoff processes and file export best practices.
Basic knowledge of accessibility variables (color contrast, size) when adapting assets.
Collaborative, reliable, and process-driven work style. Roles and Responsibilities:
Adapt existing visual assets (banners, layouts, graphics) to new sizes, formats, and channel specs following provided guidelines.
Perform systematic versioning of approved design files, maintaining folder structures and naming conventions.
Resize and export assets across multiple breakpoints and output formats (print, digital, social, OLA) per provided specs.
Apply brand guidelines accurately to adapted materials without introducing new design decisions.
Perform quality checks on own deliverables, verifying color, typography, spacing, and asset integrity against source files.
Maintain and organize shared asset repositories and version-controlled deliverable folders.
Flag inconsistencies, missing assets, or unclear specs to the CR Lead or India team lead promptly.
Support the team in batch production tasks, including asset extraction, file preparation, and handoff packaging.
Document production notes and adaptation logs to support traceability and future versioning cycles.
