Machine/Waterjet Operator

Machine/Waterjet Operator - 2nd shift **SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE**
As a Machine Operator, you will set up and operate a wide variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our products. You will work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks.
Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (greater Cleveland area)
Schedule: Monday- Thursday (12:00pm - 10:00pm)
Pay Range: $21-$23/hour

Your Challenge:
Accurately following and interpreting instructions, procedures and drawings
Setting-up, operating and maintaining equipment used in the production of the company's product in order to carry out manufacturing processes
Verifying quality of product at the required intervals and verify accuracy of all work
May be responsible for in-process inspections
Checking and inspecting operation results against predetermined tolerances
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalency required
Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted
Math skills – ability to complete basic calculations e.g. converting fractions to decimals
Knowledge of measuring tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.
Basic PC Skills
Ability to operate a fork-truck
Basic mechanical ability to maintain / repair equipment
Knowledge of CNC / CAD / CAM (Recommended)
