Senior Brand Manager – Cardiometabolic Health
At Lilly, we are entering one of the most transformative periods in our company's history. Our Cardiometabolic Health team is at the forefront of breakthrough innovation, helping redefine how obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease are managed across Canada. Working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare, bring meaningful innovation to patients, and be part of a team driven by bold thinking, collaboration, and a shared commitment to improving lives.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Senior Brand Manager is an individual contributor responsible for leading innovation in cardiometabolic health (CMH) — owning brand strategy through execution for a priority pipeline asset, from pre-launch through in-market delivery. This role requires a marketer who can pioneer the launch of a new-to-market therapy, think strategically, translate strategy into clear plans, and drive high-quality execution across complex, cross-functional workstreams.
This person will work across local CMH cross-functional teams, global, and regional partners to shape strategy, align stakeholders, and deliver against key business priorities. The role is best suited for someone who combines strong marketing judgment with disciplined project management, follow-through, and the ability to move work from concept to execution in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of consumer trends, customer experience, and evolving digital engagement models, and can translate those insights into impactful brand strategies and execution.
Location: This is a hybrid role – onsite presence at our Toronto office will be 10 days or more per month (or at least 50% of the time), determined in collaboration with your manager and based on business needs.
At Lilly Canada, we have different levels for this positions based on the candidate’s experience, background, and qualifications. The expected compensation is:
Brand Manager: $91,500 - $134,200
