ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to the General Manager to provide trusted, high-level support to the General Manager and site leadership team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating priorities, meetings, communications, reporting and site activities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a varied role that also provides relief support to the Site Administrator when required, ensuring essential administration continues smoothly. If you’re proactive, professional, discreet and confident managing competing priorities, this is your opportunity to make a real impact at site.
ABOUT YOU
Experienced Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrator.
Strong experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced mining or heavy industry environment.
Highly organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Experience in mining, resources, heavy industry or a similar environment is desirable.
Strong general administration skills, with the flexibility to support broader site requirements.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Safety-focused, professional and committed to continuous improvement.
A team player who takes initiative and looks for ways to improve processes and support the wider team.
