YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a data-driven Project Engineer, Data Analysis to serve in the Program Management Office (PMO) and own the metrics, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure that power decision-making across our portfolio of programs. In this role, you will transform complex programmatic and engineering data into clear, actionable insights through Power BI and other analytics tools. You will partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Program Management to define KPIs, build scalable reporting solutions, and drive a culture of data-informed execution. The ideal candidate blends a strong space program background with hands-on expertise in data visualization and business intelligence.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into program health, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Define and standardize KPIs and metrics in collaboration with Program Managers, Systems Engineers, and functional leads to ensure consistent measurement across programs.
Integrate data from disparate sources (cost accounting systems, ERP, schedule tools, engineering databases) into unified, reliable reporting pipelines.
Translate complex technical and programmatic data into clear visualizations and narratives for stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executive leadership.
