Are you a fit? Sounds awesome, right? Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role. As a Data Scientist, you will lead medium-complexity data science projects, build robust predictive models, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytical outputs into business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end development of predictive and forecasting models, applying advanced statistical and feature engineering techniques.
Lead complex analyses, including segmentation, clustering, churn prediction, linear optimization, and NLP.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize Spark pipelines and with MLOps engineers for deployment on Azure Databricks.
Standardize analytical templates and present data-driven insights to business partners with clear narratives and actionable steps.
Must-have Skills
Experience: 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied ML.
Language: Advanced English level (Essential for presenting ideas clearly and consulting with diverse global stakeholders).
Strong technical expertise in Python and SQL.
Proven experience with Spark and Databricks for scalable data processing.
Clear understanding of linear regression, clustering techniques, and experimentation methods (A/B testing, MLflow).
Strong storytelling and consultative skills to effectively explain complex solutions, answer business questions, and "sell" data-driven ideas.
Nice-to-have:
AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
Experience with deep learning, modern NLP stacks (Transformers, spaCy), or cloud ML services like Azure ML.
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts or basic MLOps practices.
