We are seeking a Data Labeling Specialist to support the development and improvement of advanced AI systems by evaluating model-generated outputs across multiple content formats. This role combines analytical thinking, quality assessment, written communication, and attention to detail to ensure AI systems deliver accurate, consistent, and reliable results.
Key Responsibilities
AI Content Evaluation
Review and evaluate AI-generated content across text, images, videos, and documents.
Assess outputs against established quality standards and detailed evaluation guidelines.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and quality issues within AI-generated responses.
Provide structured feedback that helps improve model performance and user experience.
Data Quality & Annotation
Apply labeling standards and evaluation frameworks consistently across assigned tasks.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality in all annotation and review activities.
Maintain high-quality standards while working across large volumes of data.
Follow established procedures to support reliable and scalable AI training datasets.
Analysis & Decision Making
Analyze content objectively and make informed judgments based on defined criteria.
Evaluate both technical and creative outputs with accuracy and consistency.
Document findings and rationale behind evaluation decisions.
Escalate ambiguous cases or guideline concerns when appropriate.
Written Feedback & Documentation
Write clear, concise, and well-reasoned explanations to support evaluation decisions.
Communicate quality concerns and improvement opportunities effectively.
Maintain documentation standards and ensure work is traceable and defensible.
Demonstrate strong attention to grammar, clarity, and written communication quality.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Participate in training, calibration exercises, and quality review sessions.
Incorporate feedback to improve evaluation accuracy and consistency.
Support evolving AI initiatives through adherence to updated guidelines and processes.
Contribute to a culture focused on accuracy, learning, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong reading comprehension and analytical thinking abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently while following detailed written guidelines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
At least 1 year of experience in a role involving evaluation, review, analysis, or quality assessment.
