Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Lead with 8+ years of experience to join our AI innovation team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), and a deep understanding of AI agent orchestration frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing GenAI workflows that drive intelligent automation and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, integrate, and deploy AI-driven solutions using Python.
Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms.
Implement and manage AI agent frameworks like AutoGen or other orchestration tools.
Leverage Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure AI Search and cognitive services, to build scalable GenAI applications.
Design and experiment with GenAI workflows, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deliver impactful AI solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI pipelines with minimal supervision.
Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
