1. 8+ years of healthcare technology / Epic experience
2. Deep Epic architecture and implementation experience
3. Strong Epic Bridges, HL7, API / FHIR, identity, and interoperability expertise
4. Experience integrating Epic with complex enterprise clinical and data ecosystems
5. Strong understanding of Ambulatory and Compass Rose
6. Working knowledge of MyChart, Resolute, Cadence, and Prelude
7. Ability to assess configuration and integration dependencies across modules
8. Experience with patient identity, data conversion, interface design, testing, and cutover
9. Ability to quickly identify technical blockers and provide clear direction to engineering and Epic application teams
10. Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior technology and business leaders
