Utility Credit Analyst

The Utility Credit Analyst will play an important role in managing utility credit balances, refunds, and transfer requests in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. This position involves researching utility invoices, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring outstanding credit requests are resolved accurately and within established deadlines. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to maintain reliable financial records and streamline operational processes. By combining analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive communication, you will help improve the accuracy and efficiency of utility account management. You will also contribute to reporting, data tracking, and special projects supporting a range of managed services activities.
