The Role
We're seeking a technically capable, organized E-Commerce Operations Specialist. This role is designed for someone with hands-on Shopify capability, strong order-management and analytical skills, and practical use of AI and automation tools who follows through consistently.
You'll play a key role in supporting and improving a growing multi-brand Shopify store serving a franchise network, managing day-to-day operations across shared products, vendors, apps, integrations, orders, deliveries, reporting, and promotions.
Location: Must be in The Philippines – Remote.
Environment: Philippines and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any business-related course.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations; hands-on Shopify experience, including apps, integrations, and multi-brand operations with shared products and vendors; demonstrated ability to manage orders, purchase orders, deliveries, and customer issue resolution accurately and on time; experience building or rebuilding Shopify stores to support rapid growth is a plus.
Skills: Strong spreadsheet and KPI-reporting capability, including the ability to explain trends and identify concerns or opportunities; strong order-management and analytical skills; practical experience using AI for business tasks, with disciplined validation of outputs and protection of company information; strong written and verbal communication skills.
Characteristics: Independent follow-through and sound judgment within approved limits, escalating commercial decisions appropriately; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment; committed to operational excellence, franchisee support, and continuous improvement; able to provide reliable support during business hours while independently managing an effective schedule.
Responsibilities
Manage the Shopify catalog, apps, and integrations across multiple brands with shared products and vendors, coordinating approved product and platform updates while keeping information accurate.
Manage customer orders, purchase orders, and deliveries so the correct items arrive on time and in working order, resolving issues promptly and keeping customers informed.
Prepare weekly KPI reports, explain performance trends, and flag concerns and opportunities.
Use approved AI and automation tools for reporting, analysis, communication, and process improvement, validating accuracy and protecting company information.
Set up approved discounts and coupons, coordinate with the digital graphics team on products, promotions, and advertising campaigns, and support Accounts Payable with reports, documentation, and vendor- and order-related questions.
