▪ Elicit, analyze, prioritize, and document detailed business, functional, reporting, data, integration, security, records-management, and non-functional requirements.
▪ Conduct and document a structured fit-gap assessment of shortlisted solutions, including Ivalua, Bonfire, and Oracle Fusion, against business requirements and enterprise technology standards.
▪ Produce decision-ready findings, traceability matrices, risks, dependencies, solution options, and recommendations to support solution selection and subsequent business-case and implementation planning.

▪ Experience gathering and documenting requirements for procurement, strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier management, or comparable enterprise workflow solutions.
▪ Experience conducting software fit-gap assessments, options analyses, vendor demonstrations, or commercial off-the-shelf solution evaluations.
▪ Experience analyzing end-to-end business processes, designing future-state workflows, and translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
▪ Experience working with enterprise architects and technical teams to assess integrations, data, security, privacy, access controls, reporting, auditability, and records-retention requirements.
Required Technical Skills And/or Qualifications
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
▪ Professional business analysis certification, such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA, is preferred.
▪ Procurement, supply-chain, or contract-management certification, such as SCMP, CPSM, or an equivalent designation, is considered an asset.
▪ Knowledge of public-sector procurement, competitive sourcing, delegated authority, privacy, security, audit, and records-management requirements is considered an asset.
Skills

▪ Strong understanding of procurement and contract-management processes, including sourcing intake, RFx events, bid evaluation, approvals, award, contract administration, amendments, renewals, and supplier performance.
▪ Ability to evaluate configurable enterprise platforms against business requirements, identify gaps and workarounds, and clearly communicate business and implementation implications.
▪ Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear findings, risks, options, and recommendations.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops and prepare concise materials for business and executive decision-makers.
