Role Description The Legal Manager will oversee and manage legal matters related to restructuring, insolvency, and corporate advisory work for clients of Accuris Restructuring Services LLP. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur office involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, agreements, and client communications, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. The Legal Manager will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, provide legal opinions and guidance, and support the execution of restructuring strategies and transactions. The role includes monitoring regulatory developments, managing case files and documentation, and supporting representation before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities in collaboration with senior leadership and external counsel. The Legal Manager will also contribute to internal process improvements, risk mitigation initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the legal and advisory teams.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law, including corporate, insolvency, and restructuring regulations.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing agreements, notices, petitions, and transaction documents.
Experience in Legal Consulting, providing clear, practical advice to clients and internal stakeholders on restructuring and compliance issues.
Demonstrated ability in Legal Compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant statutes, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
Experience managing Legal Affairs, including coordination with courts, tribunals, regulatory bodies, and external counsel.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M or relevant specialization in corporate/insolvency law is an advantage.
Prior experience in a law firm, restructuring advisory, insolvency practice, or corporate legal department is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
High level of professional ethics, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines and client expectations.
