We are looking for a customer-focused Product Specialist to help B2B customers maximize the value of an innovative mobile reality-capture solution. In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer within the product development team, combining technical expertise, product knowledge, and customer engagement. You will troubleshoot complex issues, support successful product adoption, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights that shape product improvements. Working closely with developers, UX designers, product managers, and commercial teams, you will help ensure new features meet real-world customer needs. You will also contribute to product releases, beta-testing initiatives, and data-driven product decisions in an international, multicultural environment.
