A hands-on HRBP internship for MBA (HR) freshers, offering real exposure to end-to-end HR operations and business partnering in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
HR Operations & Employee Support: Onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, employee lifecycle management, and first-level query resolution.
Recruitment Support: Resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and maintaining hiring trackers through all stages.
Employee Engagement: Support engagement initiatives and team events to improve overall employee experience.
Compliance & Process: Ensure HR process adherence, documentation accuracy, and support internal audits.
