Role Description The Senior Technical Assistant role at Zydus Lifesciences is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The role involves providing advanced technical support for laboratory, production, or operational processes, ensuring equipment and systems run efficiently and safely. The Senior Technical Assistant will troubleshoot technical issues, assist in implementing process improvements, and maintain accurate documentation and reports. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting quality and compliance activities, and assisting in technical training for team members. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to standard operating procedures, and proactive communication with supervisors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Technical Assistance and Technical Support skills to address operational and process-related issues effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and process improvement initiatives.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
Diploma or degree in science, engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Familiarity with GMP, regulatory standards, and safety protocols is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks responsibly.
