Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will manage strategic client relationships in the carton and mono carton packaging sector, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and overseeing portfolio management of key accounts across FMCG, pharma, and retail industries.
Responsibilities
Manage and expand relationships with key accounts in carton and mono carton packaging.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring consistent engagement and retention.
Identify upselling opportunities in premium mono cartons, corrugated cartons, and specialty printing.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and production/design teams.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements.
Provide market insights on carton and mono carton industry trends.
Ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of experience in B2B sales/account management, preferably in carton/mono carton packaging.
Strong knowledge of offset printing, corrugated cartons, mono cartons, and finishing techniques (lamination, foiling, embossing).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
