😎 Your Role
End-to-End Ownership: Driving fintech products from initial concept to launch and scaling (Idea → Release → Growth).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.
Experimentation: Running A/B tests and performing rigorous post-launch analysis.
Metrics Management: Tracking and optimizing North Star metrics (Conversion, Retention, LTV, etc.).
Data-Driven Decision Making: Turning raw data into actionable product strategies.
🎯 Who We Are Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
Sharp analytical thinking and a knack for problem-solving.
A User-centric mindset.
Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
➕ Bonus Points For
Background in Fintech or Payment systems.
Proficiency in analytics tools (AppMetrica, Mixpanel, etc.).
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
Knowledge of cross-border payment flows.
