CrossNibble is a B2B marketing and sales consultancy for Indian industrial and manufacturing companies. We build the systems behind our clients' growth: AI agents, CRM automation, lead routing and custom business software.
The role
This is entry-level role. You'll build real business applications using Claude Code, Codex and similar tools. The architecture, data model and coding standards are already defined. Your job is to turn requirements into working, tested features, push clean branches, and understand every line you ship.
This is not a prompt-only role. AI writes much of the code. You're responsible for whether it's right.
What you'll work on
Custom web applications for B2B clients, from data model to working features
Mobile-friendly web apps used on desktop and phone
Turning photos, voice notes and messages into structured data using LLM APIs
Integrations with business tools like CRMs, accounting software and WhatsApp
Maintaining and improving AI automation systems already running for clients
What you'll do day to day
Pick up a scoped task, build it with Claude Code, and test it properly
Write tests for anything that calculates money or changes data
Push small, reviewable branches. Nothing goes to main without review.
Debug when the AI's output fails, and explain what went wrong and why
Follow the architecture and conventions in the repo, and ask when something doesn't fit
You should have
Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
Basic SQL and an understanding of relational databases
Comfort with Git: branches, commits, pull requests
Hands-on experience with an AI coding tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar)
The ability to read code you didn't write and explain what it does
At least one project you built yourself that you can walk us through
Good to have
Experience calling an LLM API (Anthropic, OpenAI or similar)
Any deployed project: hosting, environment variables, a live URL
Interest in how businesses actually run: sales, operations, billing
