Roles and Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers through dealers, DSAs, market visits, references, and local networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
Collect and verify KYC, income, and other required documents.
Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for timely processing and disbursement.
Conduct field visits for customer verification and business development.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
Monitor applications from login to final disbursement.
