As our Sterile Processing Supervisor, you will lead daily Sterile Processing Department operations for safe, timely, compliant cleaning, decontamination, assembly, sterilization, storage, and distribution of instruments and equipment. Every day you will supervise SPD staff, maintain regulatory compliance, collaborate with Perioperative Services, procedural departments, and vendors, keep infection risk low by monitoring every phase of reprocessing, and oversee instrument inventory and tracking technology.
