Strong presales and sales support skills, including solution scoping, proposal preparation, and customer presentations.
Hands-on experience with technical support and troubleshooting in customer-facing environments.
Knowledge of system and application integration, with the ability to work across multiple platforms and technologies.
should have experinence in the fire protection industry, also have the basic knowledge on fire protection, fire alarm, foam system and suppression systems.
Able to negotiate with the suppliers and finalise the proposal with clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Prior experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably in the Fire protection & Security sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and customer-centric mindset.
Min exp- 3 years
