What You'll Do
Engage in a wide variety of conversations with AI chatbots across diverse topics
Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
Identify issues such as incorrect information, awkward phrasing, logical errors, or potential bias
Craft creative, nuanced, and challenging prompts to stress-test AI capabilities
Submit structured, detailed feedback to help research teams improve AI performance
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across a wide range of subjects
Able to assess response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly
Strong written communicator with an eye for detail
Comfortable navigating chat-based digital interfaces
Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent in your work
No prior AI, technical, or testing experience required
Nice to Have
Background in writing, journalism, education, research, or any field that sharpens critical thinking
Experience with AI tools or language models
