Sr. Production Control Technician

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Production Control Technician to coordinate and monitor digital production workflows in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This fully remote, full-time role is essential to ensuring that files, reports, and related information move accurately and efficiently across production queues and internal teams. You will monitor high-volume workloads, manage time-sensitive service-level agreements, identify workflow issues, and resolve exceptions before they affect delivery timelines. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help maintain quality standards, communicate urgent blockers, and support continuous process improvement. You will also contribute to developing workflows for new processes and products while adapting to changing priorities and rotating across core team functions. The role requires strong computer skills, excellent time management, and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. Candidates must be available to work from 3:00 p.m. to midnight Pacific Time, with training scheduled Monday through Friday.
