This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your schedule, from anywhere.

What You'll Do
Hold natural conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to complex or creative scenarios
Rate and evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
Spot issues like factual errors, awkward phrasing, bias, or unsafe outputs
Push AI limits by crafting creative, tricky, or edge-case prompts to expose weaknesses
Submit clear, structured feedback using guided evaluation forms
Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings, no micromanagement
Who You Are
Naturally curious and eager to explore a wide variety of topics in conversation
Able to evaluate responses objectively and articulate what makes an answer good or bad
A clear and confident written communicator
Comfortable navigating chat-based digital interfaces
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No technical background or prior AI experience required — your everyday perspective is exactly what we need
Nice to Have
Experience in writing, editing, journalism, research, or quality assurance
Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots (though not required)
A knack for critical thinking or spotting inconsistencies
