As a leading professional services firm, we connect you to an extensive network of global resources and invest in your future. We value the meaningful work that you do and encourage you to be a part of the change.
Our value proposition is our commitment to you; it highlights the experiences, benefits, and value that you can expect as part of RSM. This is underpinned by our three values – integrity in everything that we do, supporting clients everywhere, and developing and valuing everyone.
Who we are:
RSM Australia is a member of RSM, the world’s 6th largest network of audit, tax and consulting firms. We are an award-winning professional services firm with over 100 years experience supporting Australian businesses. The role bridges people, processes, and tools to ensure new technologies deliver measurable value to the business.
Are you passionate about technology, innovation and helping people get the most out of the tools they use every day? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and deliver engaging training programs for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and other core systems.
Develop and maintain enablement materials, including guides, use cases, videos, and digital tips.
Facilitate national webinars, focus groups, and internal Communities of Practice.
Support adoption efforts through structured change management practices.
Evaluate and test new technologies and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
Contribute to national AI strategy, including pilot project design and stakeholder input.
Identify, assess, and recommend tools that align with firm-wide digital transformation goals.
Partner with staff across divisions to ensure adoption aligns with operational needs.
Provide ongoing updates on performance, releases, and technology roadmap changes.
Track user feedback and serve as a central point of contact for support and issue resolution.
Monitor trends in AI, automation, user behaviour, and emerging workplace technologies.
Lead experimentation with advanced prompting, reporting, and AI-enhanced workflows.
Develop and publish insights, playbooks, and adoption resources aligned with strategic objectives.
