Relationship Manager

Job Summary: The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and managing customer relationships to drive sales and service delivery across financial products and services. The role involves client acquisition, activation, retention, investment advisory, wealth management, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote financial products and services.
•Manage an assigned client portfolio through virtual interactions and client visits.
•Deliver financial and investment advisory services to clients.
•Ensure customer retention and long-term relationship development.
Business Development & Revenue Generation
•Generate quality leads and acquire new customers through references and other sourcing channels.
•Drive achievement of business targets and budgeted objectives.
•Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
•Explore innovative approaches and new markets to enhance productivity and business growth.
Customer Engagement & Service Excellence
•Actively participate in customer engagement initiatives, campaigns, and outreach activities.
•Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries and concerns.
•Deliver superior customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen engagement and loyalty.
Sales Management & Reporting
•Manage customer meetings and support the end-to-end sales process.
•Collaborate with reporting managers to improve business profitability.
•Track performance metrics and maintain accurate MIS reports.
•Provide regular updates on business performance and customer activities.
Qualification:
•Graduate in any discipline.
•Additional certifications in Finance, Investments, Wealth Management, or related fields will be an advantage.

Experience

• Exposure to financial products such as trading accounts, mutual funds, investments, and wealth management solutions will be advantageous.
