Position Overview
Dimensionleap Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee business operations, enhance organizational efficiency, and support strategic growth. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and ensure operational goals align with the company's business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and implement operational plans aligned with business objectives.
Optimize workflows, internal processes, and resource allocation.
Coordinate between technology, product, and business teams to support project delivery.
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor operational outcomes.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Manage operational risks and support business continuity planning.
Lead, mentor, and develop the team; foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Support business expansion and long-term organizational growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Technology Management, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in operations management; background in a technology company preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in process improvement, performance evaluation, and resource planning.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.
