Freelance Content Strategist

About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Content Strategist & Writer to help bring the voice of our company to life across LinkedIn, X, company blog, and other channels. This is an execution-focused role: you’ll receive topic briefs, background research, and directional notes with the task being to turn those inputs into polished, publish-ready posts that feel genuinely human and distinctly ours.
You won’t be generating ideas from scratch. You’ll be collaborating with our Founders & Growth Leaders to existing theses and points of view into content that resonates.
What You’ll Do
Writing LinkedIn/X posts and long-form blog articles, centered on thought leadership and deep market insights for our domain
Working from provided briefs, notes, and research - not generating strategy or topics
Delivering clean, publish-ready drafts with minimal revision cycles
Adapting your writing style to match different POVs and different registers (analytical, conversational, authoritative)
Turning complex or technical ideas into clear, engaging content without dumbing them down
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of B2B writing experience, with a strong portfolio of LinkedIn or long-form content
Demonstrated ability to write in different voices - samples of content created under another person's name, or a note explaining the context, are strongly preferred
An instinct for structure: you understand that a great LinkedIn post has a hook, a payoff, and nothing in between that wastes the reader’s time
Comfort working within a brief and taking direction - this role rewards craft and execution, not independent content strategy
A sharp editorial eye and a high personal bar for what “finished” means
On AI Writing Tools
We’re not ideological about AI - use whatever helps you work well. What we care about is the output: it needs to sound like a real person with a real perspective, not a polished summary of talking points. If your process relies on AI to do the heavy lifting, this probably isn’t the right fit. If you use it surgically and edit with a critical eye, great.
