Role Description The Founder role at Technoy-X is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban, focused on setting the company vision, strategy, and execution roadmap. On a day-to-day basis, the Founder will define business objectives, oversee product development, and ensure alignment between technical initiatives and market needs. Responsibilities include building and leading core teams, establishing operational processes, and driving partnerships, investor relations, and key customer engagements. The role involves managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-informed decisions to support sustainable growth. The Founder will also represent Technoy-X publicly, nurture a collaborative culture, and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in founding, co-founding, or leading early-stage startups or technology-driven ventures.
Strong background in business strategy, product management, or operations, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, mentoring, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Competence in financial planning, budgeting, and basic understanding of fundraising and investor relations.
Familiarity with technology development processes (e.g., software or digital product lifecycles) and collaboration with technical teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for engaging partners, customers, and advisors.
Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban and commit to a full-time leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
