Role Description The Senior Vice President Operations is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across all business verticals. This position manages day-to-day operations, including resource planning, process optimization, and coordination with project management teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of construction consulting services. The role involves directing P&L responsibilities, setting operational targets, and aligning business processes with strategic goals in residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. The Senior Vice President Operations collaborates with senior leadership on long-term planning, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations. The role also includes mentoring cross-functional teams, strengthening customer relationships, and representing the organization in key stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management experience, including process improvement and multi-site operational oversight.
Demonstrated P&L Management capabilities, with a track record of meeting revenue, margin, and cost-efficiency targets.
Proven Customer Service orientation, focused on client satisfaction, relationship management, and issue resolution.
Expertise in Strategic Planning, including setting operational objectives, aligning resources, and supporting organizational growth.
Advanced Project Management skills for large-scale construction or consulting projects, with experience in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Extensive leadership experience managing senior-level teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a construction or infrastructure environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Familiarity with industry standards, compliance requirements, and modern project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel to project locations as business needs require.
