RBT Recruiter (Remote, Philippines)

Location: Remote, based in Philippines | Hours: 1AM - 9AM PST (1PM - 9PM ET) | Employment type: Contractor | Reports to: Strategy & Ops, Senior Manager | Compensation: 700–1,050 USD per month (about ₱40,000–₱60,000)
ABOUT THE ROLE
A child's ABA therapy cannot start until a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is hired. Alpaca Health recruits RBTs for ABA clinics in the United States. You will run this work every day: you make first contact, follow up and get interviews booked. Speed and consistency matter more than anything else in this role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review new candidates daily and keep their profiles accurate and complete
- Match candidates to open clinic roles by location, commute distance, part-time or full-time availability and certification
- Contact candidates by phone, text and email, and screen them
- Follow up with candidates who go quiet, remind them before interviews so they attend, and check in after interviews so nothing stalls
- Schedule interviews with clinics
- Keep every candidate's status current in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Flag open roles that are not filling, and say why
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must have
- At least 1 year of recruiting, sourcing or staffing experience, ideally high-volume
- Clear, warm spoken and written English for talking with US candidates
- Strong follow-up discipline: no candidate is forgotten
- Careful record keeping. The ATS must always match reality
- Reliable internet, a laptop, a headset and a webcam, and availability during the working hours above
Nice to have
- Experience in US healthcare, behavioral health or ABA recruiting
- Familiarity with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) jobs
- Experience working with a US-based team
HOW YOUR WORK IS MEASURED
- Time from a new candidate entering the pool to first contact
- Number of candidates contacted and screened each week
- Interviews scheduled, and the share of candidates who attend
- Number of hires
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
- You work the candidate pool independently each day
- New candidates are contacted within 1 business day
- You own E2E interview scheduling, attendance confirmation, and follow ups
