Role Description This is an on-site Civil Engineer contract role based in Hyderabad. The Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day project execution, including site supervision, coordination with contractors and project teams, and ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs and drawings, assisting in project planning and scheduling, and monitoring project progress and quality. The role also involves performing site inspections, supporting stormwater management and related infrastructure works, preparing technical reports, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and keep projects on track.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills relevant to infrastructure projects
Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction and development sites
Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
Proficiency in CAD and other design/analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and survey data
Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Proven ability to work on-site in fast-paced project environments and manage multiple tasks
