TreyTech Studios LLC, a Texas-based technology services provider, announced its formal incorporation filing as TreyTech Inc., a Delaware corporation.
TreyTech is consulting rebuilt as a platform: one partner with five connected studios, one standard, and one point of contact. TreyTech’s digital consulting model, including its methods for consulting project data consolidation, AI integration, and private API integration, is patent-pending.
Our app connects AI-assisted intake and consultation with Engagement Manager-led scoping, vetted Studio Pro matching, and managed project delivery. We combine technology and human expertise to create a white-glove client experience while protecting creative ownership, professional independence, and the rights of our Studio Pros.
Role (Primary)
The Platform Hardening Engineer (Founding) is a remote contract role focused on the continued development, maintenance, security, and scaling of the TreyTech app and its supporting platform. The app is built and in beta testing, with a full brand launch planned for 2027.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can write, maintain, debug, and improve application code, with a strong emphasis on Swift and iOS development. You'll help advance the existing app, strengthen its architecture, integrate platform services, improve reliability, and prepare the product for future expansion to Android and additional devices.
You'll work across mobile development, backend integrations, application security, AI-enabled workflows, and deployment processes. You'll also help maintain consistent app design, UI/UX, and TreyTech brand standards across supported devices.
Protecting client information, supplier relationships, credentials, and proprietary platform systems is essential.
Role (Secondary)
You'll also have the opportunity to join the TreyTech Studio Pro Network as a vetted professional and take on separately scoped projects in app design, app development, web development, and other eligible Digital and Content Studio services as client engagements come in.
These projects are optional, compensated through agreed-upon fees, and secondary to your core engineering responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities:
iOS app development: Build, maintain, debug, and improve the TreyTech app using Swift and relevant Apple development frameworks.
Mobile architecture: Improve application structure, code quality, performance, maintainability, and reliability as the platform scales.
IoT and Home, MFI: scaling technology to this area
Feature development: Implement and refine app features, workflows, integrations, and user-facing functionality.
Apple ecosystem: Support Sign in with Apple, CloudKit records, secure data handling, and other applicable Apple platform capabilities.
Android Parallel: involved in this roadmap.
API and backend integration: Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot API connections, third-party services, AI integrations, and partner systems.
Application security: Identify vulnerabilities, develop threat models, and implement appropriate security controls for authentication, sessions, data, and integrations.
Working with our Security partner.
UI/UX and brand standards: Maintain consistent interfaces, design systems, accessibility, and brand presentation across supported devices.
Cross-platform readiness: Help prepare the platform for Android parity and future device launches, with Kotlin experience considered a plus.
Build and release engineering: Support CI/CD, automated testing, deployment pipelines, version control, monitoring, and app release processes.
Quality assurance: Diagnose bugs, test fixes, validate integrations, and help ensure a stable, polished client experience.
Technical documentation: Document architecture, APIs, security requirements, development practices, and integration standards.
Confidentiality and governance: Protect client data, supplier networks, credentials, and proprietary technical information.
