Our client is a heavily backed AI security startup developing a continuous intelligence and context layer that sits across complex enterprise architectures. We're looking for an elite Forward Deployed Engineer to sit directly at the intersection of their core product and their most strategic enterprise customers.
This is not a traditional backend SWE role, you will embed directly with enterprise SOCs to deploy, configure, and extend an AI-powered cybersecurity platform against live, real-world threats. You are the technical bridge, turning ambiguous customer problems into shipped, production-level solutions in days, not quarters.
We need: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Software or Security Engineer. You write production-quality code in Python or Go and can navigate cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerized environments. You have a strong working knowledge of SIEM/SOAR, EDR, and threat detection. You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable traveling to work directly with customers.
What you'll own: End-to-end technical deployments, from architecture and data pipeline integrations to debugging complex issues across the stack. You will act as the frontline voice of the customer, feeding structured technical feedback directly into the engineering roadmap.
