Role Description This part-time, on-site Business and Systems (Microsoft Dynamics) Specialist role is based in Delhi, India. The specialist will support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics solutions to align with business processes and strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing requirements, translating business needs into system workflows, performing testing and troubleshooting, and preparing documentation for users and stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting end users with training and issue resolution, and contributing to continuous improvement of business planning and reporting processes. The specialist will also assist in identifying opportunities to enhance customer service, data quality, and operational efficiency through effective use of Microsoft Dynamics.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess system performance, and support business decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to map processes, define requirements, and align Microsoft Dynamics solutions with organizational goals.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document system changes, and provide clear guidance to end users.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to user inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience with business systems.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM or ERP) or similar business applications is highly beneficial.
Background in consulting, operations, finance, or technology in a business environment is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage part-time hours effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
