🚀 Hiring Now – SAP Data Migration Expert (FI R2R) & SAP Data Migration Expert (O2C) | Remote Contract.
We are looking for experienced SAP Data Migration professionals to support enterprise SAP ERP transformation and migration initiatives.
📍 Work Mode: Remote
📅 Contract Duration: 6–12 Months
🕒 Time Zone: European (EU) Working Hours
💻 Requirement: Candidates must have their own laptop and a reliable internet connection.
🎯 Position 1: Business Data Migration Expert (BDME) – FI R2R
Key Requirements
✅ 8+ years of experience in SAP data migration and ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA
✅ Strong understanding of Finance and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
✅ Expertise in General Ledger (GL), P&L, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cost Centers, WBS and Internal Orders
✅ Hands-on experience in data cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation
✅ Experience managing business data migration activities in line with deployment plans and milestones
✅ Ability to ensure data readiness and integration across systems
✅ Experience working with global deployment teams and managing multi-country projects
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation
✅ Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning and deadline management skills
🎯 Position 2: Business Data Migration Expert (BDME) – O2C
Key Requirements
✅ 5+ years of experience in Business Data Migration on SAP ERP transformation projects
✅ Strong knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and master data
✅ Understanding of contract management, customer master data, sales views of Material Master (MM) and pricing; Vistex knowledge is an advantage
✅ Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and business-side data migration activities
✅ Hands-on experience in data cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation and cutover
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

🕒 Must be comfortable working in EU time zones
🌍 Must be available for a remote contract engagement of 6–12 months
