Japan Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
💼 Experience Required
5+ years in Core IT Recruitment (Japan/South Korea/Singapore/Malaysia)

🔹 End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management
🔹 Sourcing, screening, and interviewing IT professionals
🔹 Stakeholder and candidate management
🔹 Offer negotiation and candidate engagement
🔹 Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
🔹 Market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping
🔹 Recruitment reporting and process improvements
🔹 Employer branding initiatives
🔹 Hiring across diverse IT technologies and skill sets

✔ Strong IT recruitment background ( Full Recruitment Cycle)
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience hiring for diverse technology roles
✔ Exposure to international recruitment markets is highly preferred
✔ Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
