Role Description The Tele Caller role at Leasewale is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explaining leasing services, and generating leads. Day-to-day tasks include following call scripts, answering customer queries, providing accurate information about products and services, and maintaining call records in the system. The role involves coordinating with the sales team to schedule follow-ups, updating customer details, and supporting conversion of inquiries into successful deals. The Tele Caller is expected to meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining a polite, professional, and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
Ability to handle high call volumes, manage time effectively, and follow structured call processes.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools or call management software.
Customer service orientation, active listening skills, and the ability to respond to questions and concerns professionally.
Previous experience in tele calling, telesales, customer support, or a related field is an advantage.
Comfort working in an on-site office environment in Noida and collaborating with sales and operations teams.
Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
Willingness to learn about leasing services, adapt to feedback, and work towards performance targets.
