Role Description The Vice President of Strategy is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of Cryptus Cyber Security Private Limited. This role oversees long-term planning, market positioning, and growth initiatives across products, services, and partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analysis, identifying new opportunities, aligning business and technology roadmaps, and coordinating with executive leadership to prioritize strategic projects. The VP of Strategy will collaborate closely with product, operations, sales, and marketing teams to translate strategy into executable plans, set measurable goals, and monitor performance against key metrics. The role also involves preparing executive presentations, guiding strategic investments, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
Proven experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting within technology or cybersecurity domains.
Strong skills in market analysis, competitive research, and business modeling to support data-driven recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and manage complex projects.
Experience in cybersecurity, information technology, or related sectors, with understanding of industry trends and regulatory considerations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling capabilities for executive-level and client-facing interactions.
Track record of building and executing growth strategies, including new offerings, partnerships, or geographic expansion.
Comfort working in a remote, distributed environment with strong self-management, organization, and follow-through.
Advanced degree in business, strategy, technology management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
