About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Singapore to identify and develop relationships with international consumer and lifestyle brands. The role is suited to professionals with strong commercial judgment who understand international brands, cross-border business development, and new-market opportunities.
Responsibilities
Identify fashion, beauty, fragrance, wellness, and lifestyle brands with international growth potential.
Develop relationships with founders, executives, commercial teams, and regional brand teams.
Support early-stage partnership and business-development discussions.
Evaluate potential China-market and category-extension opportunities.
Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential brand partners.
Support commercial proposals and partnership development.
Provide insights into Singapore and regional consumer-brand ecosystems.
Coordinate selected cross-border growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management, or international business.
Experience in fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, retail, or premium consumer brands is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-development capabilities.
Experience working across markets is highly valued.
Professional English communication skills are required.
